Handmade Processing Time

All Soft Life Vibes items are handmade with care, which means each piece is created especially for you.

Processing Time:
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.
During periods of high demand, launches, or seasonal sales, processing times may extend slightly. We always do our best to keep you updated.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery after shipment

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons

Because our items are handmade, delivery estimates begin after processing is complete, not from the date of purchase.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders on time, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, or high order volume). We appreciate your patience and understanding as a small handmade business.

Damages & Lost Packages

Soft Life Vibes is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required for the claim process.
